Key Responsibilities:
● Lead electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential, commercial, and industrial clients
● Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues with minimal supervision, providing solutions that meet safety codes and quality standards
● Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams, ensuring accurate and efficient work
● Safely use tools and equipment, adhering to safety protocols while delivering top-notch service
● Manage your own schedule and workload, working independently with minimal oversight but knowing support is always available if needed
● Provide clear, professional communication with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong relationships
● Track and record materials, hours, and tasks completed, maintaining transparency and organization
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, electrical codes, and best practices to continue growing in your field
